• CVs and recruitment data will be retained for the duration of the recruitment process. They will only be retained for future opportunities where there is a valid legal basis and a defined retention period.

• Video surveillance recordings will be retained for a maximum of one month, unless they must be preserved to provide evidence of an incident or be disclosed to the relevant authorities.

• Tax, commercial, employment and accounting information will be retained for the periods established by law.
